As we continue to monitor the rapid spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), Clyde Industries is committed to meeting our obligations to all our customers without fail as well as upholding our employees, community, customers and suppliers safety while supporting global critical infrastructure. With the goal of doing our part to limit the spread of the virus, we are implementing industry guidelines throughout our global operations.
Our leadership and operations teams are closely monitoring reports from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO) and have already implemented precautionary measures to prioritize the health and wellbeing of our employees, partners and customers.
Internally we are implementing industry and CDC recommended guidelines for safe handling and interactions, in addition to limiting contact between employees to an absolute minimum including measures such as:
- Isolation of work stations,
- Hourly sanitation procedures,
- Working from home wherever possible,
- All employees whose households have symptoms remain home,
- Any return from plane travel requiring self-quarantine for a period
Throughout this heightened safety period, we will nonetheless strive to uphold all delivery promises. However, given the nature of this crisis, some delays upholding all deliveries on schedule may occur, as always, we will do our utmost to overcome them by whatever means possible.
