Shane Wamsley started early in the industry by working summers and winters at a Coke Plant formally known as Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel while earning his bachelor degree in Industrial Technology and minoring in Business at Ohio University. His continued his career at Eickhoff Corporation in Pittsburgh, PA, working as an Engineer focusing on machining, assembly, and quality control. He moved to Atlanta in 2007 to start a Quality Manager position with the Clyde Bergemann Power Group. Worked in various management positions in Project Management, Mechanical Engineering, Business Development, Director of Operations, and most recently was General Manager. And since 2022, Shane became Vice President of Operations and Supply Chain for Clyde Industries.
Ralf Pettersson received his Masters of Science in Engineering in1995 from Åbo Akademi University, Finland. He then started his career within different project execution roles at Hackman Industry group. Later Ralf held different sales and leadership roles within ABB Power and Alstom Power companies. He joined the Swarco company as Managing Director (MD) for the unit in Finland in 2008. Ralf joined Clyde Bergemann in 2011 and became the MD for Scandinavian operations. He now leads Clyde Industries Europe as the Managing Director.
Agustinus Tjhay graduated from National Cheng Kung University Taiwan with his Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering. He also obtained his Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Marketing from Oklahoma City University, USA. He has worked in several manufacturing companies in Taiwan and Indonesia and also as a Sales Marketing Manager for a US multinational company. Agustinus joined and established Clyde Bergemann Indonesia in 2009. Agustinus is currently the Managing Director of Clyde Industries South East Asia, serving our customers in ASEAN Countries, Australia, and New Zealand.
Huiying Zhuang started his career as a boiler engineer commissioning new power plants. Since joining Clyde Bergemann in Atlanta in 2004, he has worked in various positions in engineering and sales management for different product lines including boiler efficiency and air pollution control systems. Huiying moved to Texas in 2006 to lead the sales effort in the central region. He then transferred to the Air Pollution Control product division in Maryland as Vice President of Technology and Product Management. Huiying returned to Atlanta in 2018 to take the position of Vice President of Sales. In his current role as the Managing Director of East Asia, Huiying is tasked to provide best solutions for our customers in East Asia (China, Japan, Taiwan, and South Korea). Huiying received his International MBA degree from Moore School of Business at University of South Carolina in 2005. He also holds Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees of Mechanical Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology.
Dr. Danny S. Tandra is the President at Clyde Industries. Danny has held several management positions with Clyde Bergemann throughout the years including Vice President of Technology and Business Development. He received his B.Eng from University of Surabaya, Indonesia, his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering and Applied Chemistry from the University of Toronto, Canada and MBA from Georgia Institute of Technology. He is an active member of AICHE and TAPPI. He chaired the TAPPI Energy, Recovery and Recaust Committee in the past and is currently the Chairman of the TAPPI Engineering Division.
Nelson Takahashi graduated from Escola de Engenharia Mauá-Brazil with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He later received degrees in Project Management from IMAM-Brazil and his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the Business Institute International-Brazil. Nelson began his career working at CBC Industrias Pesadas where he managed the Boiler Designing Group and lead Kraft Chemical Recovery Boiler and Power Boiler Projects. He then joined Clyde Bergemann do Brasil in 2004 and has held several management positions. Nelson is currently the Managing Director of Clyde Industries South America.
Brent Beachy joined Clyde Industries as CEO in February of 2021. He has 30+ years of industrial sales, marketing, and operations management experience. Most recently he was the Sr. Vice President of Sales with Schenck Process, and previously the President of Raymond Bartlett Snow, an Arvos Group company. Brent graduated with a B.S. in Economics from Allegheny College in Meadville, PA, and an MBA from the Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh.
Roger Johnson received his Mechanical Engineering Degree from Kitson College of Engineering Sciences in West Yorkshire, England. His career in the power industry started at Copes Vulcan as Senior Boiler Commissioning Engineer throughout the USA and Europe.
Roger continued his career with Copes Vulcan as a Senior Design Engineer working on product design and R&D for 10 years. During this 10 year period he developed the RW6 wall blower, new desuperheater for Turbine extraction system, and a specialty packing gland to contain molten salt in a valve for new design generator. Roger holds three patents with Copes Vulcan for an inline desuperheater, flexible steel seat for high pressure valves, and packing gland assembly for molten salt steam generation at Sandia National Labs.
Roger managed the Engineering department for Engineered Controls in Elon College, NC. He started Midsouth Power Equipment in 1999 for the purpose of supplying Copes-Vulcan soot blowing equipment to the power industry. Roger is the Director of Operations for the Clyde Industries Greensboro location.
Dana Steine started his career reproducing sootblower parts for a small company in Norcross, GA and is part of the original Bergemann USA team from 1988. He was involved in the initial development of the Bergemann RS blower for the Pulp & Paper markets. Dana has held many positions in product development, field services throughout the years, and later became the Director of Aftermarket Parts and Services for boiler cleaning equipment in Atlanta. In 2011, he became the President of Clyde Bergemann Americas Parts and Service Division leading the development of spares and service across multiple strategic business fields in power, pulp and paper, waste to energy and refineries. Dana is now the Clyde Industries Director of Strategic Accounts where he develops key accounts focusing on Global Aftermarket development.
Slawomir (Slawek) Horodyski brings 17+ years of proven global experience having led finance and administrative operations in North America, Germany, The Netherlands, Italy and Russia. His extensive education includes, Diplom-Kaufmann in International Trade and Finance from the Technische Universität Bergakademie Frieberg, Freiberg, Germany; a Master in International Political and Economic Relations and International Trade from Poznan University of Economics, Poznan, Poland; BSc with honors in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University, Oxford, United Kingdom; Harvard Business School – Program for Leadership Development, Changing the Game: Negotiation and Competitive Decision Making, and Launching New Ventures. He is a fellow at the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Prior to joining Clyde Industries Inc., Horodyski spent 14 years at the Xella Group, one of the world’s largest manufacturers of building materials with global headquarters in Duisburg, Germany. Slawek currently serves as Group CFO of Clyde Industries Inc., a company engaged in the engineering, manufacturing and servicing of equipment involved in the generation of clean energy.
